Payment

Presented below are the hourly rates for unarmed and armed security guards. All prices are included with Maryland State sales tax. 

Invoices will be submitted on a weekly basis.  Payments are due within 5 days of the receipt of invoice(s).  Payments of the contract amount or any installment shall not be deemed to be an admission or approval of the owner or agent of the sufficiency of the work covered by this agreement.  All work shall be done to the satisfaction of the owner or its agent. 

LATE CHARGES: In addition to the continued accrual of the FINANCE CHARGE at the daily periodic rate, if you fail to pay at least the minimum payment within 15 days after it is due, we may assess a late charge of up to $25 for each delinquent payment.
